Tunze makes really good stuff. I have 2 of the 6100 tunze streams/with controller and they have worked flawless for 7 yrs.. If NSA wants 300, it must be used ???, as the nano wave box runs 335 through Premium Aquatics. I have never used the wave box, but have read that some have had leaks start in the corner seams in glass tanks from the wave action over a period of time. Haven't heard of any problems with acrylic tanks.

hay fisher, it was the nano i was looking at for my tank. i have a 75 gal. i think it was rated at 39 to 158 gal tanks. the one they had in there new tank was the big one and it was rising and falling about 2 in. thats a lot of weight going back anf forth , i can see how that could be a problem over time. thanks for the info, knew i could count on you guys.

if your tank is old i wouldnt recommend it. it creates alot of pressure on the seams and an older tank that has been moved a few times can already have weak joints. i set one up in my 150gl tank and loved the action but it popped a seam within a month. if your tank is new then i would say go for it, but older tanks just cant handle the added pressure.
