Well I just hooked up the bulkreefsupply 5 stage. I had never tested TDS on my water before, but this has a dual inline tds meter. 12-13 ppm incoming. That's not bad right off the bat for city water is it? anyway, 0ppm outgoing. PUre water without lugging heavy jugs....I almost wanna cry..[IMG]

12-13 on the inlet is very good. so your membranes will last longer between replacements. searcys is usually around 30-40 in which is still relatively low

It really is nice having RO/DI at home.

WOW! 30-40 in Searcy? I get about 100-115 coming off of Cabot's water.

Blake Yeh we're 30 to 40 here in Searcy, but have a ton of iron and magnanese particles from the mains. I added another sediment canister to my system to help.

I can't remember exactly, but the information that Central Arkansas Water puts out says that they average either 7 or 10 TDS average, with a maximum of around 20 or so for the year. This is phenomenal!

Pardon me, I'm not sure what I was thinking, but I rechecked the values for Central Arkansas Water, and the average is 34 ppm, with an annual range of 25-53. These are all still really low, though.
