Does salt go bad? I found a bag of salt I forgot I had. Is it safe to use or should I trash it?

Some salts which contain organics can "go bad". Most don't have that in it. What brand is it?

Shouldn't go bad then. Check your salinity though as it could absorb water which could affect how it measures.

Well I figured it out. Old salt does go bad. It's been mixing for 5hrs and all it does is foam up.

Yeah I wouldn't use that. Got a picture of the bag it was in?
