Have mass emailed the final responsibilities and agenda for the event - added back up plan for attendance over 35 individuals. Made reservations at Cajun's Wharf in Little Rock for 7:30 for a party of 10.  Had to hold the reservation with RRMAS credit card. If the reservation number decreases by 4 or not cancelled a $35 fee will be assessed. Cajuns # is 375-5351
