Getting a TON of microbubbles from the return. I have a sponge on the return pump inlet, but not sure it's effective. the sump is filled with minimal water. Ideas? Clues? HELP!!!! ;-)

Is it possible that you have a loose connection above the pump? If you have a pin hole or loose connection you can suck a little bit of air and blow it out your return lines. I had the same symptoms and that was my problem.

Are the bubbles from your skimmer? Do you have chambers in sump? If so put some filter media between chambers
