So in my fish aquarium I have 2 multi use maxi jet power heads one is set up for laminar flow and the other is set up as a power head and it has the option to let some air in it from outside the tank and produce bubbles so my question is that ok because it seems like once I let it run for a little bit the hole tank is bubble and I like the way it looks just wanted to know if it is ok for the tank

Generally I would say no, especially if you plan to keep clams in the future.

Probably not a problem if you only have fish but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on keeping any corals in the tank.

Lots of bubbles will stress out fish. My tank ran dry one day and my fish were covered in bubbles and all pretty freaked out. Installed ATO the next day to insure no bubbles ever got in the tank again.
