2015 January Minutes Location: David Martin house, Conway, AR Attendees: Kim Ettleman (Secretary), Norman Davis(BoD), Jason Todd (Treasure), David Martin (Vice President), David Pittit (President), Nikki Pettit, Linda Hendrickson, John Ledbetter, John Carroll and Alyssa Carroll. 15 People actually attended, left my sign in sheet at the meeting. Old Business: None New Business: 1. BoD meeting was held before the actual meeting. IT issues were discussed with Calvin as well as some updates. Updates to include issues with phone and ipad usage, banner instillation and getting officer information updated. Possibly getting together to have a class on how to install banners. 2. John Ledbetter was voted Aquarius of the Year and received his award! 3. A member is having issues uploading pictures. This issue was brought to Calvin's attention. Pictures were limited to 2MB each so as not to slow down the site. However, this did not seem to be the issue after discussing it with the person having the problem. This is being looked into. 4. Activities director position was also discussed. Duties to include helping the person who is holding the meeting come up with a program/demonstration. As well as coordinating food and drinks needed to be at the meeting. 5. MASNA banner needs to be updated. 6. Banner for 501C3 designation needs to be installed. Also a page for donations to be linked to this. 7. Home page button to be created. 8. Donation letter to be created. 9. 4 types of corals were shared among the members. A maze brain, zoa's, a SPS and I forgot the fourth. Info was on my sign in sheet. 10. Meeting moved to Linda Hendrickson house in Ward, AR. Demonstration is to help her set up her 240 gallon aquarium. 11. Also mentioned that thumbnail's of old pictures are randomly showing up in pictures.
