Just to let everyone know I will be smoking tenderloin and shoulder roasts for the meeting on Sat. so any sides you would like to bring would be welcome. Please post here what you will be bringing to avoid doubles. I hope we can have a large attendance as we will be making plans for our ACROS event next spring along with the meeting schedule for the remaining months of this year. Hope to see you here.

Thanks Norman for hosting a great meeting, the food was awesome thanks for everyone who brought the sides and Normans great smoked meats. Thanks Calvin for bringing the frags and the strawberry short cake acro that we auctioned off. We had two new members at the meeting and there was a good turnout.
I've missed being able to go to meetings, glad I was able to take off today to attend. Can't wait till I don't have to work Saturdays anymore!!!
