i like your picture of your doggie, very cute. i've been wondering, what's the difference between a whippit and a greyhound?
attach ok, finally realized i needed to upsize the pop up and found the upload button but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.....
oh ok i did it yea again!! so i guess with the new site people can't post great big pictures so much as thumbnails that you click on to make bigger? that's kind of cool. easier to pull up on my phone anyways. well that's my seahorse that i bought from that one lady. the other 2 i bought from petco died after 2 and 3 days. very sad. only babies. and my seahorse seemed so much happier with them in the tank.
seahorses Here is a pic of him meeting one for the first time. it was so cute. they cautiously reached out to each other like they were sniffing doggies or well horsies.
You can also upload pics to a site like Potobucket and copy the image tag and paste into your post, that will give you full size pics.
Whippets are about 6 inches shorter and several pounds lighter. Greyhound would be considered a large breed. Whippet is a medium breed, but basically they are the same in almost all aspects, very fast like to run for short spurts and then lay around. Very good demeanor. I have 2, Noah and Sara. These are a couple of photos that I took when I first got my tank going. It's funny that they both posed there and haven't set in that spot since. I love the seahorse photos!
Beautiful. So eligant. So what about those little bitty one's? They look like a grey hound but are very small. maybe the size if a rat terrier or something. I have a boxer and a jack russell and now a chiuauah (however you spell that). I also have a cat, fish of course and 7 box turtles. I planed on releasing them back to their homes but i've become very attached. they are very cool to observe. i have the proper light and heat and all. i love animals way too much.
You're thinking of Italian greyhounds. They are a toy breed, very fragile legs, not made for running but they do look like tiny greyhounds.
If you are around Cabot, I just traded a Spotted Green Puffer salt water acclimated to the local pet shop.
