All that lacks is for me to build the feeder pearch and poopie tray and have it powder coated. It's is constructed out of 1/2" square tubing and 1/4" around bar. Soon it will be powder coated. Materals coust including powder coating will be $135.00 bucks. The cage is 30 x 30 and four feet tall.

a cage of this size retails in most pet stores for $500.00 , which is a cost savings of roughly $350 bucks building it myself.

Tools were a tape measure, sharpie, level, chop saw, small angel grinder, drill press, various clamps and a mig welding machine........lol yalll dint know I could weld....

I built a much larger one for my ecluctus pair one that is three time the size of this one for a significant savings as well.

Thanks it took me about 50 hours to get to the point in the pic. Powder coating is a painting method that creats a super hard chip resistant finish...birdy safe.

  4. So, I am not understanding how your new tank design is supposed to hold water, but it looks really nice ???? 8)
