Who is going and where are you staying? I was looking at airfare and hotels and the prices aren't bad at all. I think I have the travel bug. I have never traveled by myself and I think it's about damn time.
We already have a thread about it http://www2.razorbackreef.com/old/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=336. I am going, Chris, and a couple more.
Beanhead, I know you couldn't be mean if you wanted to! That's what I get for not looking around LOL, thanks, I'm headed to the original thread.

Heather, I thought you added color to your hair, but only a true blonde could understand that one !!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope you know I'm only joking around.............................
Yeah, no malice intended from me either. I would hate to fly all the way to Pittsburgh on one of those small 50-seat Embraer 145s. They're loud, cramped and bumpy. The one we flew on from Houston to LR only had one flight attendant too. She had a really bad attitude. Southwest has all 737s I think but you'll probably have to go through Chicago Midway to get to Pittsburgh.
Roxanne and I made hotel reservations today for Thursday thru Wednesday. We will be booking air fare through Southwest on May 24 which is the first day that you can book because of there 4 month limit. The air fare for flying on Thurs. and back on Wed. saves about two hundred dollars over the current prices for two seats. We thought about going to a Bills game but man is it expensive to go to an NFL game. The Pirates are out of town. We plan on going to the National Aviary and Carnigie Melon along with a trip up Mt. Washington on the incline. Roxanne is planning on going down to the Strip to shop on Saturday which is the old garment district that has been restored and turned into shops with lots of vendors, ect. We are really looking forward to the trip - I hope everyone else is too.
I have booked everything but the flight. I will get there on the 13th and leave Sunday evening. I'm so excited!
Looks like most everyone is going to get in on Thursday. I wanted to plan on everyone taking the incline up Mt. Washington to eat at the numerous nice restaurants that they have up there - apparently it is a must do when visiting Pittsburgh. If your sister likes shopping Roxanne has already found the shopping district that they call "The Strip" that she is planning on going to on Saturday. I think it is going to be a great trip.
Which registration options are you getting for your companions that aren't interested in the conferences?
Roxanne is not registering for anything. We booked our flight yesterday with Northwest that goes through Memphis leaving Little Rock at 6:30 and getting into Pittsburgh at around 11am.on Thursday. The round trip fare was 158.00 with about 30.00 in taxes per person. We had been watching the fares and they actually dropped about 100$ about a week ago. Southwest at a 142$ internet price but that flight goes back to Dallas before going to Pitt. There is alway Continental that takes you to Houston and then to Pitt and only tanks 8 hours.
