Since the clam tank stand was built, I decided we needed to figure out how to light the thing. I decided on a Lumenarc Stealth DE. I plan on building a canopy to put the pendent in, so it will match the stand. Here are a couple pics of it on the kitchen floor on 1 foot tiles for compairison: It will be lit by a 250 watt E-ballast driving a Hamilton 14,000K lamp.
Very cool pendant, those reflectors are supposed to really spread the light out well. It will be awesome on the clam tank. I have been watching that bulb very carfully. I will consider it when this bulb needs replacement. By then the consumer test should be pretty solid.
