Really nice pump its nice and quiet,it has very good flow from sump to display tank. My temp stays in good range when the lights are off around 75 to 76 then when the light are on it gets up to 78. I have 4 powerheads running return pump and a sedra 3500 running on my tank and 4 VHO bulbs. All in all great pump with very low heat exchange. Raffle grabber
