iphone 4 and 3G

My wife and I just picked up new phones and have a question to anyone that may be able to help.  We use Microsoft Outlook on our home computer for our e-mail.  I can sync it to the phones, but when I do the e-mail only goes to one of the phones and also stops going to the computer.  Is there a way to access the Outlook account with both phones and still recieve the mail on the computer?

 

When you set up the mail box for the phones did you do it through the phones or the program itself?

 

You need to make sure the email is set to IMAP and not POP. I will try to find a link.to a walkthrough

 

I hooked the phone up to the computer and synched the two, but it would not work on all three.

 

Im not that familiar with outbox I run mail on the Mac and it goes to all three inboxes so not sure what the hang up is

 

If you are going to be coming to.the meeting tomorrow I can check and see how your phone is setup.

 

I will not be able to make the meeting.  I would really like to be there too.
