i decided to go another way (not BeanAnimal overflow)

I'm not goin with the Bean Animal Calfo style over flow I found a corner overflow at NSA.
With it only being a 40 Gallon abou 350 GPH flow A one inch drain should do. So I decided to go with a Hofner Gurgle buster.

 

PICS. I did not have any plumbers putty, so I use play dough, worked great (4 for $1 at the dollar tree).

 

Hofer Gurgle Buster will go thru back of tank for drain.
