One of our long time members Dr. Jim Griffin of Hot Springs retired several years ago and moved to Tennessee to do mission work with his church. Unfortunately his fish did not get the same calling and had to be dispursed to fellow hobbyists. The one remaining piece of equipment was the DAS tank that he was not able to sell nor donate to the Hot Springs School District due to its size. It is a very unique shaped tank that is rather shallow making it perfect for a frag tank. We had hoped that it would be suitable for the Zoo Project but is simple not. The tank is now being stored at Sam Grimmetts in Benton.
I believe I have successfully talked my superiors @ Tech to upgrade sometime soon! Sam, Norman, or Chris contact me and let me know what ya'll's plans are for this since the zoo thing didnt work out....
