My old stealth (about 4 years old) has been acting up later and when i woke up this morning my tank was like 74 degrees... I took it out and fiddle with the control, but it would never get warm so i went to the store and picked up the new Pro model... So far i really like it... Its a little shorter and stockier, but the main thins is... THEY ADDED AN LED... That is one thing i have always hated... even thought they give you a degree on the knob its never perfect and you never know when the thing is kicking on and turning off... Now you get a green light when the temp is right and a red light when its heating... So far a nice piece... -me
I really like the Jager heaters. You can adjust the calibration of the temperature. So if you have it set to 78 and your water is reading 82, you just pull up on the little plug and turn the ring to 82 and push the plug back in. Now you are calibrated.
