    Hiya,

    Well the electricians came by. It looks like it's a combination of things happening. They did figure out I've got about 12 stray volts in my water though. They're coming back tomorrow to install a ground fault. Though, they're not sure that will solve everything. Said something about it might be to sensitive to the number of items I would have to plug into it.

    Kim, I had an issue similar to this... Mine was caused by a fan I had sitting on the tank to dissipate heat. Most electronic devices aren't designed to withstand the amount of humidity and salt that comes out of these tanks. What I would do when he comes back is power every device down in your tank one by one and find out where the voltage is coming from. You may have a power head or anything that has become faulty and is releasing voltage. Probably won't hurt anything but doesn't feel good when you stick your hand in there if you have any cuts.
