WOW!!! I just replaced 3 of my t-5s that were on my tank and there is no comparison between then and now!

I was running 2 coralife 10k bulbs and 2 coralife 460nm actinics. I was unsatisfied with the overpowering blue, so I wanted to do away with one of the actinics and replace the two 10k at the same time.

The results speak for themselves. Here are two pictures of the tank, one the night before I changed the bulbs and the other the day after I changed them. There is no photoshopping of the pictures and the settings on the camera were the same.

These bulbs are extremely bright, I can see a marked difference in our chalice, montipora, and pocillipora. All are brighter, the polyp extension on the pocillipora makes it look like a set of furry fingers now!

Thanks for the comp pics. Lets you know just how much difference the bulb selection can make on a tank. Hope you have good growth and color.

I also changed my UV T5 bulbs to the Geissmann.  I changed to two actinic +, 1 aquapink and 1 pure actinic.  The color is a 100% better.  Love them.  I got them from the Fish Tank for a good price.
