DIY sulphur denitrate reactor

    I was aked about my denitrate reactor by several people while they were at the meeting. Here is a link to the instructions I followed on how to make one. Hope this helps.

    For the top of the unit it is easier to use a threaded sewage clean out. Most people cannot route a top like pictures in the above link.

    Good tool. I still prefer the threaded clean out trap fitting. I never have to worry about rust or anything. With the flange showed in the link you have to make/router to identical pieces and then drill and tap several holes. The one I used is so much easier.

    Yeah, the clean out is easier. How often do you have to open these things? I don't like the idea of having to reseal the clean out all the time. I personally haven't done a hole lot of reading on them (I know shame on me).

    I have not opened mine at all since putting online a couple of years or so ago.
