Does anyone have any expericence with the Deltec mce600 or the Bermuda rogue protein skimmer? I have read a lot about hang on the back skimmers on reefcentral and have determined that these seem to be the best reviewed. I'm looking for something for a 90 gallon corner tank. To start it will be a FOWLR (coral safe fish), but after I upgrade lights I plan to add coral. I'm just curious if anyone has had an expericence with either skimmer, and wonder if I can get similar performance from a cheaper skimmer. I can get a rouge for about $330 new, and can get a used mce600 for about $350.
I do not have any experience with those skimmers, but someone might. I would PM a few people on Reef Central you saw that liked those skimmers and ask them directly what they like/dislike about them.
