i have him the one arm banded one of his legs with the claw came of when being cought

 

I have a feeling you are going to get very attached to Gimpy : )

 

if hes a good guy and dont bother anything one leged makes him special

That is not uncommon for them to lose a claw like that when being transported. He should do fine.
