Comcast sucks. Had it installed march 1 already have had two worthless contractor techs come out brought wrong equipment both times. Had to go pick up right equipment myself. Some channels don't work. My dvr has never worked and everytime we call they give us the run around. They best advice is to turn it off then turn it back on and see if it works. Then tried to offer us channels we already receive. Then took off those channels. I hate Comcast and will never go back once we cancel. If any one is tryn decide which cable provider to use stay away from Comcast Is my best advice!!!! Horrible company!!!!
Fire them and get Uverse or Dish, if you want uverse let me know and I can refer you, if you want Dish I have a $50 off coupon.
Thanks Greg I had uverse for a whole and loved it. But my wife's wanted to switch so I did. Big mistake I may take u up on that.
Dish network and uverse are awesome we have direct tv. I hate it, it never really records my shows. Raffle grabber
I have uverse and love it. I have everything they offer and that makes it easy to always find something I like on there.
Call comcast and tell them the same thing you told us then tell them if its not fixed asap you will get with 7 on your side.
I have called and told them. the problem with Comcast is they don't seem to have any direct employees. The service techs that come out are contractors. The call centers are contractors. The only way i talk with Comcast is to go to their offices. I have had to install and troubleshoot THEIR equipment. We are canceling today. Going back to uverse. And I will never use Comcast again!
One of the the best decisions I ever made was saying "so long" to Comcast and getting Uverse. Might be a bit more expensive, but very much worth it.
