At the last meeting I was talking to Chris about the bulb I use in my refugium for cheato. I use the 5100k bulb shown here http://melevsreef.com/fuge_bulb.html and bought it from lightbulbsdirect.com. It has a built in reflector. It instantly at least doubled my growth rate from what I was getting with a standard flourescent bulb. I bought one of those clip on lamps that is adjustable from Lowes and it worked great. I recommend it if you are looking for a light bulb.
