Calcium Reactor - CO2 supplies - The only definitive source

  1. I have complained for amost two year about the lack of decent CO2 regulator that are offered in the marine aquarium hobby. Currently, Milwaukee and JBJ are the least expensive of the regulators offered with a substantial jump to tunze and better models. I run MY REEF CREATION calcium reactors and purchased a Milwaukee regulator offered with them each time. I bought one the second time because I figured that I just got a bad one the first time around. The second one lasted only three months, Milwaukee has definitly not improved there product in the last year and a half. I ran across a guy's website named Rex Grigg http://www.rexgrigg.com/ who knows about regulators and all of the inherent problems that aquarists have faced with the models that are offered to aquarists like Milwaukee. He was so fed up with the problems that he purchased a large inventory of supplys and now offers them to aquarist through his site. He has all of the fittings and can help you design a system that works best for you. He is a no nonsense guy who knows what he knows because he knows, no need to argue or disagree - trust me. So if you are thinking of starting to use a calcium reactor Rex the the only person that you should contact about a regulator. People like Rex are indispensible to the marine aquarium hobby.

We also sell good regulators locally. Ask at the W.U.W sponsors forum.

  3. I got my Regulators set up today. I was able to use the bubble counter from the Milwaukee's and built a housing to hold it. Everything works great. It is amazing what good equipment can do for what you are trying to accomplish.
