Hiya, How long do you think this stuff survives in a tank? I'm pretty sure the tang died of Ick which should take 3 months to die off, but what about Brook? Kim/Benton, AR
I've heard it's a fast cycle parasite. Not quite sure how do you know that you had it? Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk
Hiya, The clowns were covered in a soft white fuzz and had problems breathing at the end. Unlike the kole tang that had the typical white spots. Kim/Benton, AR
Sure it wasn't marine velvet? Just curious I've only seen pictures of it on google but what your describing sounds like marine velvet. Depending on the severity they almost look the same. If it was brookynella your looking at a month. I think you want to treat formulin in a hospital tank. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk
Hiya, No, not completely sure if it was marine velvet or brook. No one left in the tank is showing symptoms of either. No hospital tank here either. Guess best thing to do is just let the tank go fallow for 3 months. Hopefully that will take care of everything. Kim/Benton, AR
They say you can freshwater dip to help a little or formalin dip, one of those should help. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk
Hiya, Gotcha....everyone left looks great. No fuzzy or white spots. I'll keep it in mind if someone starts to look bad. It'd sure be a pain in the butt to try and catch someone though. The wrasses are soooo fast. Kim/Benton, AR
