I got home today and noticed my puffer was running into everything including my black long spine urchine.  He has one very red eye, and one perfectly fine eye.  No eye cloudyness or anything else besides the red color on his left eye.  He ate fine once he finally found the food right infront of his face but I'm still concerned.  Any idea what could have caused this, I know they are prone to eye problems but he was completely fine this morning.

Is it just red or is there any swelling or the eye bulging out?

no bulging, it looks like somone had a long night and rubbed their eyes to much or something.

He seems better today, was able to find the food and no longer has an discoloration in his eye.  Might get rid of the urchine just incase he tends to run  into it a lot no matter what is going on.
