AI customer service....Director

    I've been having a problem with the power source on my Director. It has been losing power frequently due to a loose plug in to the unit.

    I sent an email to AI and got a response within a couple of hours. They are sending me a new power cord that they think will solve the problem. Excellent customer service!

    I know others have had this problem and will let you know if it is successful in fixing this.

    Great to know! I am having the same power source problem. I will send an email to AI today. Thanks for sharing.

    Got the new power cord in. It is considerably shorter than the original but have had zero issues since the switch and I was having a disconnect every day or two before. Hope it works for you Corey.
