Well I wanted to try another flasher wrasse. I went to NSA and picked one out again. Unfortunately the McCoskers did not make it. Not sure what happened, but I lost him after a few days. He really never came out to feed, etc. The new guy is what looks to be a Yellowfin Flasher Wrasse. I bought him on Friday before the store shut down because of the winter storm. He acted like a new wrasse in a tank and hid under a rock for a day or so. But each day he is becoming more bold. He looks like he is doing well so far and he is eating mysis shrimp. So far so good. I will keep you posted...
Just wanted to give everyone an update. He is swimming out in the open and eating twice a day. I think that he is a beautiful fish. I am so happy and thinking about adding another flasher of a different species. Here is a link with a picture of what he looks like. http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod ... catid=2922
Tonight my little guy keeps flashing my female lyretail anthias. I am glad that he has found someone to show off for. He swims right up next to her and puffs up as big as he can. I think that he is asking for a date...
