If you want to try and clean that sump I would fill it with water and a gallon or so of white vinegar. Thats how I clean all my pumps rock and tanks. Just fill it and let a pump circulate water for 24 hrs or so and it should get all the old crud off the glass.
I am interested to see how this turns out!
Thanks bro I have it full of water and vinegar now but I didn't buy enough vinegar lol
In the house plumbed and filling up slowly lol
Looks Amazing! If I didn't know I would say its a new tank setup! That ATI is waiting to get unwrapped and running!
Wow what a clean up looks like a new tank
Yeah it took a lot of elbow grease but I finally got the wife's approval to bring it in lol. Just got done drilling wall mounts now I just need to figure out what bulbs to buy :/
What DC said too. Great job cleaning the tank up.
Wow it takes a long time to fill an 180 with RO
Gonna mix it in the tank huh?
Yeah it's finally full and mixed but alil low 1 box of fritz wasn't enough to get to 1.25
Yeah, I think that 200 gallon # is based on a SG of about 1.024?
I didn't account for the sump either lol so it's about 1.20 now
Pretty colors lol the cycle begins
What test kit are you using?
That's just API test kit not very accurate I think but I just want to test if it's present.
Told my wife she could paint the stand and this is what she went with.
