2011 APRIL - FRAG FEST

Hosting our 4th annual Frag Fest event will be Pet Country located in Conway, AR. Space will be limited due to the size of our venue so please sign up either on the website or at Pet Country. Participants in this years event will hear Randy Reed visiting Arkansas for the first time from California and speaking on feeding reef tanks, also speaking will be Blake Christmas (Christmas Coral Farm) on the latest in LED lighting. Whitney Butler will be our chief for this event cooking up some briket with our propagation workshop being taught by Sam Grimmett and Chris Braithwaite.  Workshop participants will take home three frags from our mother colonies.  We will end the day as we always do with our Raffle. Space is limited so please sign up ASAP, either at Pet Country or Online.

I'll start a sign up sheet tomorrow, John and Janann haven't heard from anyone in the club and didn't know about it till I showed them the flyer yesterday so I'll see how they want to handle that.

After you pay the Registration Fee is there any form to Fill out? or is that it?

I ordered the corals yesterday for the event, but I will need confirmation form someone higher up before releasign them, dont want to ruin a surprise or anything

Pet Country has donated a 55 gallon Reef Ready corner overflow drilled tank as the grand prize for our raffle. Don't miss out on another great raffle.

Thanks to everyone who helped put on "Frag Fest", to Whitney who did some amazing brisket and to Pet Country for hosting the event. If you don't attend these events your really missing out, I went home with 4 awesome frags, more knowledge thanks to our speakers, a very generous supply of Rod's Food and a new drilled 55 gallon which I won in the raffle.
