Well heres an update on this little project. It took Jeff and I about 4 hours to put it together and the bump ons worked to some extent. The problem that we had with them was they would slide around a little bit if we had to move the glass to line it up with the bottom. Bumpons are sticky on one side but I think if I use them again I will super glue them to the glass before I start to put it together. Today we water tested the tank and no leaks so its all Jeffs now.
Is Jeff peeing in his tank to start a cycle already? Lol sorry I couldn't make it out guys. Raffle grabber
Thanks for all the help! I really appreciate everyone who has given us advice, lent a hand, and Sam for the use of his workshop and his expert knowledge! You thought right, I was trying to jump start the cycle... and to my amazement it has gone well. I did order 100 lbs of super rock to assist in this process.  Last night (yes, folks, last night!! Just 1 day after getting my tank filled) I transfered all of my livestock over.  My fish are so happy they are swimming upside down.  They must be really over the moon.
