Ok so I may be a sucker but when I heard there was a hand soap that's totally safe for reef hobbyist I had to try it. The bars aren't cheap at $9 a pop, with shipping it's $11. However I am constantly sticking my hands in my tank and I know leaving soap residue from hand washing can be a bad deal for your tank so this was more for peace of mind. It's apparently made largely out of coarse sea salt. It took a few days of use to be able to work a good larger but it cleans your hands which is what soap is supposed to do. All in all I have to say I like the product. I like being able to wash my hands before I put them in the tank, knowing I don't have oils and stuff on them but also no harmful chemical residue. I just used up my first bar. It lasted around 3 months of constant use. So who knows I may be getting played but I like the peace of mind.

(Here's what their site has to say)

Introducing the first and only hand soap specifically created for aquarium use. Reef Suds is all natural with no additives, artificial colors, or frangrances. The 1.5-inch thick bar, full of natural coarse sea salt exfoliants, will eliminate all unwanted impurities.

Reef Suds has been extensively tested and used on a variety of aquariums including SPS reef tanks (which we all know are the most sensitive) to ensure the safety of your tank. Water sampling shows a neutral PH and no leftover oil slicks or residue.

Best of all, $1 from every bar purchased will get donated directly to the Coral Restoration Foundation. To see more about the C.R.F, please visit their website www.coralrestoration.org.
