Plumbing Tips

    I ran across this the other night and thought I would pass it along. It has some pretty good tips and advice on sealing pipes, the sealant he talks about is hard to find, I think I found some and grainger its supposed to be in tomorrow if so ill post the part number.

    I look forward to that tazx. I've always used plumbers paste with good results. He makes a great point...never, never use Teflon tape on PVC threaded fittings. It's made for iron pipe and can cause PVC fittings to fail.

    No one in Little Rock carries this product La-co Plasto Joint Stik . I did find it at amazon and have it ordered its 5.27 each.

    I've used sealant available at lowes and Home Depot with no problems. Blue in a brush can.
