If its not attached yet just put it on a solid base and leave it alone if any sand bed I find buried rubble works well
Maximas shouldnt be on the rocks.... THere are such things as clam craddles that you can build to go into the sand bed for the clam to attach and if you ever need to move it you can just pick it up... Lots easier than worriing about breaking off the foot.
