I found a really cool and cheap way to keep an eye on your reef while you are gone. It's a very small yet versatile HD camera that allows you to stream a live video of your tank on your phone through the app. Its super easy to set up and use. So I thought I would share with everyone. The camera only cost $25 at home depot. Here are some pictures of the box it came in and camera in use on my tank and one that I set up in my sump just to be able to keep an eye on some of the equipment.

Awesome. I bought one by the same company last year from Amazon. Does that one pan and tilt?

I'm leaving on vacation Sat and I'm running an extension cord so I can put it directly in front of the tank. Plan to take off one of the doors so I can look at the sump.

Its does adjust fully but I have to do it manually. It's a great little item for the price.

Got one but I still want to be able to watch it! Our friend isn't a reef keeper though so I have to spell out everything.
