How to Post Photos using Photobucket

This is how I do it. Go to http://www.photobucket.com for free photo sharing & video sharing.


Sign up (free)
Click on Upload
Then point to to your pic(s) on your pc & hit upload
There is a photobucket app for your smartphone which will automatically ask you to upload any photos when you start the app. (Easiest way to take tank photos and upload, imo)
Then click on library, choose the photo that you want to share.
Then click on share or get links. Choose the 'direct link' This will copy the link for you.
Then click on the image icon in the message window of your post.
Then click on From URL, paste the copied link, uncheck the "retrieve remote file" option or else only a link will show up



The code you paste in to the post here... so the pic will show up will look like this.... I had to take off the first [ so you could see the syntax/code

When you use it... a pic will appear... like this

Another option if you take photos with your phone, you can use the Tapatalk app to read and post on your forum. When you post you can add a photo from your photo library on your phone. I've found that sometimes they aren't as sharp as when using photobucket but it will do the trick and is easy.
