http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/auqa-gadget-spin-stream-nozzle.html Got this on our group by for the 10 gallon IM. Getting adequate flow without ruining the clean looks of the tank was a difficult obstacle but this was my solution. It will work with almost any return pump that moves between 52 and 600 gph. I'm running it with a Sicce Syncra 1.0 which puts out 251 gph. So my flow is roughly 25 times my tank volume. The nozzle rotates very smoothly and distributes flow throughout the tank. It's rotation provides plenty of surface agitation for aeration. It was easy to hook up. It comes with rubber adapters to hook up to several different sizes of tubing (1/2-3/4"). I'll give it a 4/5. A little pricey for what it is but if you consider it in effect does away with the need for a power head it's not really that much at all.
I run two on my Nuvo 20 and they run very well. They sometimes can get clogged up with debris so its good to pull them out and inspect them once in a while. Would love to see these designed for larger tanks. I'm not a big fan of power head wires hanging everywhere on rimless aquariums.
Bo, you won't believe this. I was digging through the box I had the tank stored in and there was an old Spin Stream that evidently came with the tank. I don't know if it will work but it looks in good condition. I'll bring it to the next meeting and you can have it.
