I picked up a moyeri leopard wrasse yesterday from The Fish Tank. Scot already trained him to eat flake food. I fed some Rod's yesterday and he seemed to pick at some of it. I guess I will feed flake if he doesn't start to eat more. But I really hoped I wouldn't have to go with flake. @huntindoc what do you feed your leopard and how often? 20190706_124417(0).jpg 20190706_124412.jpg

Give him some time and keep offering different foods. My leopard eats pretty much everything including nori. He really like LRS the best but eats it all. You might try some frozen blood worms. Those are what I got mine to eat first in QT.

Well after the first day, he started eating anything that I put in the tank. He really seemed excited by New Life Spectrum pellets.

Outstanding! IME the only hard part about leopard wrasses is getting them to eat. Once you're passed that they are no more difficult than other fish.

He has been at the fish tank for a good minute and eats everything that got put in the tank! I wish I had some sand because I really want some wrasses in the tank.....all the ones I want need a sand bed to tuck themselves in at night.

He is still eating quite well and has got along splendidly with my mystery wrasse.

Hopefully that will continue. I don't think the leopard wrasse will bother the mystery wrasse but the other way around could happen.
