    Hey guys,

As some of you know, I love bass fishing. Actually, I love all fishing. Anyway, I am excited to announce that I was picked up on WOO! Tungsten's Pro Staff for 2018. In case you do not know who WOO! Tungsten is, they are a small company that produces tungsten fishing weights and some comfy fishing apparel. Why use tungsten weights and not lead? There are a lot of reasons. Since tungsten is harder than lead it makes more noise (when you want noise). It is also heavier which means you can use a smaller sized weight. Tungsten is also more sensitive. With the right tackle and some practice a skilled angler can "feel" the lake bottom and be able to tell what the composition is. Another big reason is the environment. In fact, a few states are trying to ban lead fishing weights completely and I know there is talk in Washington DC to ban lead weights from National Parks. Canada banned lead weights under 50 grams in all National Parks back in 1997. Biggest downfall to tungsten is cost. Tungsten is not cheap. Snags can get expensive.

FYI, my favorite product is the Finesse Kit. This little thing rocks.

Feel free to ask questions. Use the code WOOfriends10 to get 10% off your first purchase.

FYI, I am not getting paid by them to write this. I'm doing it for educational purposes.

Nothing in particular. I probably should have said that I was selected or chosen to join their Pro Staff Team.

I have a few responsibilities. For example, I use their stuff in tournaments and in return I get discounted products.
