Hiya, Allan, you're going to have to take pictures of all the events when you show up! Kim/Benton, AR
I'm just amazed at how far the cameras on cellphones have advanced. The quality rivals my DSLR. You used to not be able to take photos of a tank with a phone. I hope to get a good macro lens soon and start doing some close up photos of corals.
I think that I use auto, but I always shoot in raw. You then open it in photoshop, and you can adjust the white balance for the correct color temperature.
I've been using auto and shooting in RAW but even in photoshop I can't get the white balance right. Hmmm.
Double click the raw file, which should open the file in photoshop. A box should pop up, which will let you edit the raw file before it opens in the main photoshop desktop. At the top of this box, should be a color temperature slider, which you can slide to match the kelvin of your lights. That makes the photo true color.
Dadgum…missed the meeting I was feeling under the weather this weekend but would have really liked to have gone.
I hope you feel better. I was actually looking forward to seeing you because I knew we were going to have a little live rock going out with this months coral. John
HIya, Yes, it will be the third Saturday of February at Bo's house in Benton. We'll get the front page updated soon. Kim/Benton, AR
